Originally a documentary maker for Radio and TV, host Lynne Alexander came back to New Zealand with a young son after marrying and living in Europe for five years. She wrote a couple of books, became the feature writer for the Akaroa Mail Newspaper, and bought the little farm in Akaroa. That was 18 years ago. A brochure is available on Tree Crop Farm. Please phone or write to have one sent out anywhere in NZ or overseas. The answer phone takes messages if we are working outside but the phone line is cleared night and morning. Sorry about the delay taken in getting your message recorded but thats a problem of country telephone lines. We also take WWOOF members 'willing workers on organic farms', although we now spray gorse and twitch so cannot claim true organic status. |
